So, today was boot shopping day.

Stephanie and I planned to go at lunch. There were two stores - One had a buy 1 get the second half off sale, the other had an inventory sale. I had gone with the intent to buy white boots with fur, and lace and/or zip up.

The trip at lunch was a disaster, unfortunately. Neither store had a type of shoe we were looking for, so we went back to work with no shoes and no food in our stomachs (I hadn't eaten for the day so far). Stephanie did mention another store, so after work we decided to give it a shot.

Also, our social committee meeting went past closing time so we had to rush back down to see if we were locked out. We weren't, but left a little later and headed to the store.

Oh man.

Oh god.

Shoes.

White, with lace, fir-tipped, flat-sole winter boots.

For 20 dollars.

How does this become this? I mean, I like the new aesthetic but my social awareness and feminism alarms rang off the hook.

Also;
- 7 characters were cut; 3 were women (out of 8 female characters, which leaves us 5)
- Of the 5 female characters, 2 both have a bow and 2 both have a whip (the other one has a fan)
- None of the women have visible armor
- Only 1 of the women have a story mode

God, like - I'm happy and horribly angry at this.
I'm not getting the game until PS3 becomes like, 2 dollars and the game becomes 1, that's for sure.
